Tyres

Looks like I'll be needing new front tyres in the next 2 months or so.

Currently have Continental RFT fitted. Tbh I haven't found them to be that bad to drive on in any weather condition.

I'd like to stick with the RFT but not sure to get Continental again or look at either Goodyear or Michelin.

What do you guys recommend?

My opinion on tires is that if you find a brand/model that you like then stick with it. Don't upset the apple cart!!!

I went to the BMW driving school in South Carolina. They use Conti's. Good enough for me.

I got close to 50,000 miles on the Continental RFTs that came with my 2013 X5 (purchased new). I decided to go for the same tire when I replaced them last year - ordered from TireRack here in the states - local places didn't seem to have them.

T*I*R*E life is more a correlate of alignment and driving habit than its construction/materials. Approaching 38K on CPO OE's.

I have decided to stick with the run flats.

Can't decide between the continental or Goodyear AS 2

Stick with that you know. If the contiís gave you satisfactory service, buy contiís.

Mein Auto:
IMHO Conti is much better tyre. So is driving w/o RFT. 2nd choice would be Michelin.

This is largely a U.S. Forum so things and options and prices are different.
You could go to www.tirerack.com to get a larger scale review.
I prefer conti but have been hearing good things about driveguard.
