HELP... please

so... i picked up a 2001 325I with random missfires.
i drove the car for about 15 minutes on the highway and it never overheated and ran pretty good being down 1 cylinder.
ran a compression test 125psi cylinders 1- 5
cylinder 6 is zero.
then i put an ounce of sea foam in each cylinder and let it sit for 24 hours then cranked it.
i repeated that for 3 days.
cylinders 1 - 5 came up to 175psi and cylinder 6 is still zero.
my next step was to add 2 oz of oil to the dead cylinder then it came up to 20 psi.
i rechecked the cylinder and it went back down to zero leading me to believe that the rings are not sealing. if it was a bent valve the oil would not have had any effect on a bad valve.
i located a 325I part out car with a good engine.
i noticed the ignition coils are different and was wondering;

what do i need to swap long blocks?

what should i replace while i have the engine out ?

thanks in advance !!

A leakdown test will tell you more, but at this point you might as well pull the head. Might be something simple, might be something catastrophic. The least expensive fix will likely be a used engine. Use this site to look for an engine.

As long as the donor car engine is an M54, and NOT an M56 (SULEV), you should be okay....

BTW, looks like you overlooked this:
