Smile Finally an Owner ***129321;

Hey everyone, long time lurker here and I finally joined the BMW family. After driving two A4s for the past 6 years Iím excited to try something new. I recently picked up a CPO 2017 330I a few weeks ago and Iím enjoying it. Iíve had it for almost 3 weeks and Iíve already put 1500 miles on it . I have the driving assistance pkg, prem pkg, LED lights, Nav & the connected apps.

I eventually want to get it tinted and add Apple CarPlay . I really only want it for the easier use of Apple Music and voice to text (&vice versa). I keep my phone in the armrest so itís annoying having to take my phone out instead of just asking Siri. Having the feature in my A4 spoiled me.

A couple of things Iíve noticed is a noise when the tank gets below 1/4...seems to be common/normal? And the Bluetooth calls randomly drop which Iíve read is just an Apple issue. The start stop button is also peeling (has some cracks) Iíll eventually swap it out for a red one.

The gong sound is low fuel warning, when you have about 50 miles remaining the gong sounds as a first warning.

BMW releases updates for the entertainment system, this might help with your Bluetooth issue.

Thanks! Iíll check it out to see if needs to be updated . The gong Iím familiar with . It was a light knocking noise that I heard that went away after refueling. I saw a couple other owners who posted about it on another forum after doing some digging this morning .

Congrats. I like the interior color. Definitely not vanilla.

Also in hot climates like here in AZ running the tank too low can take out your fuel pump.
The fuel in the tank is used to cool the pump.
