09' 750li cranks wont start. Replaced battey, car still wont start. New battery already discharged. Dashboard says drivetrain malfunction. On Ista I'm getting these codes

213901 power management/ deactivation or reduction of individual electrical loads

130402 Vanos soleniod valve inlet 2 activation short to ground

130602 Vanos soleniod valve exhaust 2 activation short to ground

122102 bypass blow off valve short circuit
to ground

122002 bypass blow off valve short circuit
to ground.

If you can I'll appreciate the help. Thank you!

Sounds to me like your wiring harness might be damaged. Remove the 2 plugs from the Vanos solenoids, & measure the resistance to ground. If either wire has less than 5 ohms or less, start inspecting the wiring harness. The solenoid wires get brittle & break off, keeping the Vanos solenoids from working. If the wiring is working properly, one side of the Vanos plug will measure around 3 volts, & the other will measure around 12 volts. Ground your negative lead with the key in position 2, when making your measurements. You should be able to find a video on YouTube if needed.

Thanks the car started. I didn't push a fuse all the way in. But code still comes up on Ista as non existent. I'll try what you told me. I'll report vack. Drivetrain malfunction has went away.

If the control tree is all green, you should be good. If not enter the module, then run the ECU test. After that go to the last tab, then delete the fault there.
