Looking for CPO 2006 325XI

I am looking to buy a CPO 2006 325XI. Need some suggestions on how to negotiate with dealers. How far below the sticker price can I get in this market?

Also worried about the run flat tires that have been causing problems to some drivers. Is it a valid concern??

You ought to get a tremendous deal on a 2006 CPO in this market.

I've been on runflats for 3 years now. Frankly I don't understand all the hoopala.

Pros and cons on the run-flats. I always liked this pic though.

Used cars are not like new cars where everybody BMW dealer center pays the same price as every other dealer center for the same car. Every pre-owned vehicle is unique and dealer center's pricing philosophy is also unique. Find the vehicle you want and negotiate a fair price for it. Keep in mind the listed price on a car may already be a fair price (again depending on the business' particular pricing strategy) and may not have thousands of dollars of downward movement.

Run Flats allow you the ability to continue driving for up to about 50 miles when you have no air pressure in your tire from a flat or what not. The trade off is they cost more and have a stiffer ride. If you get a flat around the corner of you house you may not like runflats but, if you get one 30 miles from home on a snowy day you may wish you had them if you didn't.

Finally locked in on a CPO 325xi silver with black interior from BMW of Manhattan. After struggling a bit on the price got a good discount.
Thank you all for your responses.

I'm picking up my CPO '06 325xi tomorrow morning...21k miles, premium, and cold weather pack...paying
$23,500 with .9% financing too. It is red with beige interior, apparently had been there a while and they were anxious to negotiate. Red doesn't seem to be a very popular color, I guess. I think it is a very good deal for me.
