All Weather Floor Liners

Does anyone know when BMW will start selling the All Weather Floor Lines for the F30s? I have been waiting for BMW to sell them or Weathertech to start selling their Digitial Fit liners. I'm looking for an all-weather floor mat that actually comes up around the edges to prevent dirt from getting into the carpet. Or does anybody know of another manufactuer that makes a similar product? Pictures show kinda what I'm looking for.

I would contact Weather Tech directory and ask. I have dealt with them before, and they seem to be a very good company. I am sure if they sell them for the current 3 series, you can expect them to produce them for the new one soon.

I have this strange feeling that a lot of the all weather gear for the 3 series won't appear until the AWD comes out later this year. Living in the north east, it seems like 3 series and 5 series are sold with X drive 10 to 1 over RWD. The CPO market around here for an AWD 3 series carries an almost 5k premium over RWD, You can bargain like crazy if it is a RWD + sport package because of the performance tires and suspension.

I live in Vermont and my standard mats get filthy in winter, but I have found that they clean up very well. Years ago Mercedes sold coco mats, which would absorb anything. I did a quick google search "car coco mats", and it appears that there are suppliers of custom mats for all car models.

Weathertech has the cargo liner for the F30. I would expect to see the winter digital mats sometime soon You have a few months before winter. They are probably ordering the tooling now.

I have had these mats on the last three cars and on my e90. What I like is the fact that the mats fit up the sides and provide better protection than the typical 'monster" style mats.

I picked up these at my dealer. They are the standard BMW all weather mats, they fit perfectly. There is a bit of a lip around the edges. It's nice not having to worry about shampooing or vacuuming the floor mats. Just hose them down when they get dirty.

Does the car come with floor mats, or do you have to buy them separately?

My 328i came with 'basic' floor mats. They're not bad. Very soft to the touch, almost like they used the same carpet material as the actual interior. Great for bare feet. However, they're on the thin side and seems like they'll wear fairly quickly. I picked up front and rear rubber BMW mats from my dealer. I ordered through the BMW website, and after selecting my dealer, found that the prices were discounted! I like the Weathertech mats in my SUV, but these will do for how the car will be used. One thing I noticed is the mats felt a little slick when new. I'm guessing that will wear off eventually. I'd recommend them.

Which mats did you get (http://www.shopbmwusa.com/ProductDet...ProductId=3778) and do you mind sharing what kind of discount? Thanks.

Yup. Your link points to the mats I bought...all-weather. Front mat pair list price=$79; BMW of Monrovia price=$62.21. Similar discount for rear pair and trunk. I bought all 3. I talked to the Internet Sales guy at the dealer and he said their internet sales is going through a 'trial' period to see if it's something that would be popular. Essentially, walk-in versus on-line sales. He also confirmed that the discount is ONLY for on-line sales. Walk-in pays full retail. I also opted to pick up the mats at the dealer versus shipping directly to my home. Saved on shipping cost and my dealer is very close to me.

BTW, if you get the trunk/cargo mat, it does NOT come in all black. I bought the mat with the tan trim. It doesn't match my base 328i, but it's in the trunk so no big deal. I could have waited to see if BMW eventually sells all black, but I needed the trunk mat now!

I picked up the weathertech cargo liner for the car and it is great. Even has prefab areas to cut out to use the cargo net. Still waiting for them to come out with the front and rear floor liners. I've seen the BMW all weather ones and they are ok but they don't have the "lip" that I am looking for; unless they come out with the ones like the 2011 models that do have the lip.

Lloyd's might make some of their Rubbertite mats? I've got them in my GTO because WeatherTech refuses to make FloorLiners for that car (my Corvette, Mom's E60, and Dad's VUE all have Floor and Cargo Liners).

I was in the local BMW dealership this week and believe I saw BMW all weather floor mats for F30 (seemed to be the Weathertech mats with a BMW logo).

I just received mine and was at first wondering why those areas were there. Any suggestions on the best way to cut them out?

I also noticed that the left side back corner does not fit as snug as possible. It tends to pop up. It's hard to see in the photos attached.

I just used a razor knife and they cut out really easily. I only cut out the ones to use the cargo net, no need for the anchor points yet.

I don't have the problem with the back popping up. Maybe just put something heavy on it for a little while to help mold it down, or heat it up with a blow dryer and then put something heavy on it.
