Signed lease on BMW X2 6 days ago. Can i rengotiate? [REPOST FROM A DIFFERENT THREAD]

I have recently signed a new lease on BMW X2 just 6 days ago. I got a pretty good deal on the car, as I received decent discounts on the MSRP. The MSRP was at $42,600 and after dealer discount and rebates the negotiated Adjusted Cap cost came at $34,000. But after I got home and pulled my laptop and inserted all numbers in a spreadsheet, I discovered that the MF used by the dealer was at 0.0021 which is extremely high (APR of ~5%). Can I still renegotiate the MF down after signing the lease and driving away with the car? I live in FL. Wondering if the state allows some kind of umbrella return policy that would allow me to renegotiate the APR/MF on this deal? Thanks in advance for any help.

MSRP: $42,600
Adjusted cap: $34,000
Residual value: $25000
Depreciation: $7,900
Rent charge: $4,500
Total base monthly payment: $12,400
Down payment: $0
Lease payments: 36
Monthly payment with taxes: $370

No, you can not. Once signed, both parties have to agree to any changes in the contract (both you and them). They will obviously not agree (there is no reason for them to), so no there is nothing you can change / renegotiate etc.

Just chalk it up to experience as a question you should have asked during the negotiations, and drive and enjoy your car.

Yea, that's what I figured as well. But considering the discounts and lower cap on the car, do you think I got a decent deal, or did I over pay? PS neither answers would impact my experience as wife is already loving this car. Just what we needed with the baby on the way. Thanks!

Adjusted cap cost looks great. Interest of 5% doesn't sound crazy as interest rates have gone up in the last year.

Enjoy the car!

I agree! Donít second guess, just enjoy it and leave the remorse for others. Lifeís too short to spend time on something you canít change. Iím sure youíre over it by now, lol. But for others, just enjoy!
