E65 740i Misfire

hi guys i have a misfire on multiple cylinders, it is usually possible to drive around it but hills will usually trigger it. the cylinders are not just confined to one bank.
i have tried new spark plugs, once removed there was no trace of oil on the plugs. i switched coils around and no change. one thing i have noticed is the severity of the misfire will change at certain fuel loads. once the misfire has occurred it will usually go away if the car is restarted. at its worst it will have the whole car rocking. has anyone experienced this in their 740i? and if so does anyone have a fix? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dude just fixed mine it took lots of trial and error but I have a 02 745i and turns out my crank case vent valves were toast u should start there and hey do your work on your car man the guy that assured prior said did u start just randomly fixing stuff or something to that effect yes that's how we learn our cars don't think you can't fix it cause u can boss

Mein Auto: BMW 850Ci
Just went through this on a friend's E65. Turns out the DME was damaged and that was causing random spark to the plugs. Have it scanned at either the dealership, or independent that has the proper equipment. Takes about 5 minutes to determine bad DME or not. Also note, this problem did not show any fault codes.
