Taking over lease of a 2016 z4

Hello everyone,

This is my first post in the Z4 section.. so please excuse my lack of details on z4s.
I am looking into taking over someone's lease of a z4. Its a 2016 model with a 3 yr lease. The car in question has roughly 4000 miles on it.

I have leased a 2013 335i earlier so I am familiar with BMWFS ED lease structure. I also plan to get the car checked at a BMW dealership/firestone shop. Will pull carfax history as well.

From a BMWFS and the E89 z4 point of view, what are some things I should be taking into consideration? Does anyone know if BMWFS has constraints on someone interested in taking over someone's lease?

Thanks a lot!
