I would not expect castor to be adjustable at all. 0300 (degrees-minutes-seconds) is 0.5 (decimal degrees). What is the effect of 0.5 castor?

Well, my question wasn't if it's adjustable or not, because I know it isn't. I would like to know what the correct angle is.
