Wheels, seats and deletes

So because I want to continue to drive my e34 during it's transition to weekend car I decided to go with suspension/weight reduction fist. So a few questions...
I am lowering it with BavAuto springs and Bilstein shocks that will bring the car down roughly 30mm front and back. I have original OEMs that need some love but I want to go up to a 17inch wheel and tire. Does anyone have any insight tire sizes like that with that amount of lowering?? Pictures maybe?
Next I'm taking out a lot of the interior. I know CondorSpeed Shop makes some freat delete panels and door cards for the e30 and e36 but nothing for the e34. Does anyone know where I could find some rear seat deletes or door cards for the e34? Or would it be best to contact condor and see if a custom fab is possible?
Finally, seats. I want to put some nice sport/street seats in. I was wondering if anyone has experience with swapping in seats like this and what options are recommended. In a perfect world I would find a pair of mint e30 //MTech cloth seats but I can only find the fabric.
Any help would be appreciated.

BBS Style 42

I went with BBS Style 42 17'x8', same as I have on my '03 530i M Sport. And after extensive research, went with 235/45/17 Firestone Firehawk's. I may receive some negative feedback because they aren't Michelin's or Perelli's but these tires have been fabulous thus far for what I intend to use this car for. I also like that they offer more rubber contact, resulting in great adhesion.
I do plan on purchasing Eibach springs and lowering her another 1" and adding larger anti-sway bars, front and rear. Did that to my 530i (sway bars) and it made a significant difference.

Don't have any info on the other things you mentioned but I too want to upgrade my stock seats to something more sporty.

Good luck with whatever you decide on and be sure to post.
