warranty issues dealer suck

hey guys i have a 02 745li with warranty on it

the warranty is responsible for changing the lighter if not working or no? service advisor said not covered by warranty which i think its tottaly bs

where the blinds come out side one the palstic part (windowpillar) cracked

he said warranty dont cover either
is that true or is he lying and wanted to charge me just for the hell of it

Everything that isn't supposed to wear that isn't purely cosmetic (the stuff you mentioned, for example) is covered. What isn't covered is cosmetic stuff that wears (i.e.-paint, brakes, oil, tires, etc.)

Headlights and door sills aren't supposed to wear.

Call Mark Forman over at BMW NA, he helped me out with my 2001 740i sport with the cluster going bad. His number is 201 263 8234. They maybe covering a rusted tailgate on my wifes 2000 528iT Sport Wagon. Explain your plight and he will work with you. Good luck.

I believe CPO should cover the lighter. The sunblinds I am not 100% but I do not think that is covered.

Yes thats correct, but if you have purchased the car as a BMW CPO then brakes, oil are also covered here in Canada
