Low idle misfire?!

So I've been dealing with a really confusing problem on my 1998 323i vert. When I start it cold it acts like it's misfiring, after it runs for a few minutes the misfire stops as it gets warmer. So after that it idles fine probably at about 600 rpms. When I press the accelerator it kind of shudders from 700 to 1300 rpms then it idles perfectly fine until the rpms drop back into that range. I'm planning on restoring this vehicle soon as a street build. Ive replaced the MAF, air filter and the plugs so far.

Vehicle has 150000 miles, any help would be greatly appreciated.
