Sounds like you need to check out the fan on that side.

Itís a long shot but who knows...

My car has K&N filter and after I washed the filter, let it dry and sprayed with K&Nís special spray I got an electrical burning smell after I started the engine (I now know I used too much spray).

Btw, I always knew there is only one blower fan for both sides.

That stench was the K&N special spray baking onto your MAF which is now ruined and will soon fail. Mark my words.

I never touched anything on air filter or MAF. Just happened out of nowhere.

Clogged cabin filters will cause stress on the blower motor. When was the last time they were changed?

So I noticed something. At night it doesnít give me that burning smell. It only happen in day time when itís hot. In night when itís cool there is just no smell and AC works fine.
Iím super confused to what is it now? Canít be a blower motor issue because if it was then it would smell every time.

My Cabin filters are all clean and new.
