Mein Auto: 2003 530i, 1998 323 iC,
Fluid change?

My 98 323 has all of the original fluids (except engine). What is the advisability of changing them?

Highly advisable. Regardless of it possibly having "lifetime" fluid in the transmission, don't believe it.
