Low pitch rubbing noise

So I have an intermittent issue that I can't seem to pinpoint.

Sometimes when i am making right hand turns, I hear a low pitch "rubbing" sound coming from what I think is the front passenger side.

I don't think it's a wheel bearing because the noise is so low in pitch(vs a whine).
I can't see anything rubbing against the tire.

Makes me think it has nothing to do with the tire.

If you think it is that kind of rubbing, check both sides of the tires, the wheel well skirt and the CV boot.
