Auto Transmission leaking black oil through cap

Hello everyone. Just looked under the car and saw the automatic transmission cap leaking a very black oil. Although there is a green-yellow area visible around the cap, under the cap the liquid was very black, a few milliliters. Any ideas? Transmission torque converter? Engine oil or tranny oil?

It looks more like engine oil. What year is your car?

It's a 2012 diesel model, out of warranty, with 100k miles. Someone told me it should be the o-ring from the torque converter leaking transmission oil. But the ink-like black color?

If your car is Diesel, it should be black so most likely it is not engine oil.
