front seat removal

hello everyone,
i'm a little stuck, but suspect the solution is a simple one i've over looked.
trying to install a pair of bav woofers in my 2014 x1. their videos make it look easy but i've run
into a snag. to swap out the woofers you need to remove the four T-50 bolts holding the front seats in. when i advance the front seat fully forward to access the back two T-50 bolts the rear of the seat completely covers the bolts. how do you remove them? so far bav has been no help.
would really appreciate some assistance.
thanks.
bob

Hmm. It's been a while, but I had no trouble removing the seats. Just make sure you're actually moving the seat all the way forward.

yeah thats the problem, the passenger seat doesn't move forward enough to clear the bolts. nothing is easy.

Maybe adjusting the seat height or angle would allow more forward movement.

i've tried every angle and position, no dice. i'm thinking of stopping by an auto body shop maybe they know the trick.
