BMW Online Widgets down for everyone?

My Connected Services expired in November. I haven't really been driving the car so I didn't bother subscribing again until a couple of weeks ago. After 48hrs my Connected Services were still offline. I called BMW and she had me do a manual update through the Options menu in Connected Services. Pretty much everything came back at that point. Points of Interest Online Search, apps, etc. The one thing that eludes me is the Online Widgets. Behind the Spotify app it is my favorite part of Connected Services. I like the digital clock and weather widget. It's gone out for a day or two here and there for the last couple of years, but never two weeks. And I'm not getting the usual error. Instead the display is just blank with a weird symbol. Wondering if I need to call BMW again or if this is a known outage.

Anyone have a widget like the Digital Clock + Weather running successfully?

Thanks!

My weather widget was working today, but lately it has been down more than normal.

I'm shocked anyone would use the cumbersome widgets offered in car. Cellphones bring what they are and all that.

In Austin it's illegal to use your cell phone while driving. Across Texas, it's illegal to text message while driving, but in Austin, it's illegal for the driver to use the cell phone at all, other than over hands-free device.

Use the Spotify app integrated into the car.

Now use it via bluetooth streaming.

Big, big difference.

Helps that I have a spare iPhone 4S permanently in the cradle. No muss, no fuss, no coconuts.

I still want my Digital Clock + Weather widget to work though.
