Where is passenger compartment aerial located?

So i've recently changed the dashboard on my F32 and the keyless start decided to stop working. Everytime i want to start the ignition/engine, i have to hold the key up to the steering wheel column.

I ran ISTA+ and it came up with fault 804107 : Aeriel in passenger compartment, front: line disconnection

Now i'm not sure where to look to diagnose the problem. Is it behind the glovebox? I assume I've not hooked it back to where it's supposed to be, or I've shorted the aerial. Any advice would be appreciated.

Expose the ring antenna and trace wires.
Not clear how ISTA can distinguish between line disconnection and antenna failure

thanks for the response, i'll have a look behind the steering wheel cover.

Also i'd like to add that, i never disengaged the battery when i done the dashboard change. In hindsight it was a really bad idea, so i'm guessing that had something to do with the antenna not working.
