Adding thigh support on the standard seats

I recently drove a 2019 320xi which had the (extendable) thigh support on the driver and passenger seats. I felt it much comfortable than my current standard seat which gives me leg pain even after 30/35 min drive.

Wondering whether I can just attach the thigh support to my standard seat or I can just replace the bottom of the seat because when I checked with the dealer he said a brand new driver seat will cost me around 3k which is not worth? Bw, mine is heated with power adjustments.

Thanks for your time.

You are better off looking for the Sport seat in a salvage yard.

I will say once you have these thigh extenders and the additional side bolsters that the sport seats have, you will find it difficult to buy another vehicle without them.
