I have 6 months left on my factory. Sport seat, passenger side, where no one even sits is busting. 2 inches wide already. This has to be under warranty right?

BMW is gonna make that call not someone online. My experience with several cars is that sewn leather does not just suddenly separate. There is a cause. Excess weight, abrasion, water, sun all are things the dealer will look for. Is there a previous owner?

Well they can't say it's normal wear, so the only thing they could claim to deny the repair would be some type of abuse or misuse.
