Renovating a Z

My 2006 3.0 has reached 110,000 miles on the odometer. She has had new ignition parts ( spark plugs, etc), new shocks and struts and arm bushings. I put a new top motor in last year and the current top is in great shape. The paint is good, though it needs a little help on the front bumper. The engine runs great, I have no rust as I live in Florida. In a few months I will put new tires on her.

The reason for all this is that I intend to renew most of the car over the next two years. Some of the rubber trim is in need of replacement and the leather seats have some repairs. Some other things like the windshield cowl need replacing and perhaps the various lights.

However, before I deal with aesthetics, I want to know what this community would do regarding renewing the engine, trans, and anything else. I intend on driving this car until I or it dies first ( hopefully me before it).

You're way overdue for cooling system refresh. Radiator, reservoir, water pump, thermostat, hoses, serpentine belt, etc.
