Rear Headrest - Lower Profile?

Looking out the back window of my US spec F31 is almost impossible, does BMW make low profile headrests that I could swap in? I have black faux leather

We have a 2013 F30 in which the rear center headrest sticks up a bit. A 2017 LCI loaner had the headrests lower/less obtrusive, but I didn't get a chance to see if they were interchangeable.

In my pre-LCI, the center rear headrest has a button on the side that flips it down to a horizontal position. In that LCI photo above, it looks like they’ve added the flip-down feature to all three rear headrests and all three are flipped down in the photo.

Yes they can be swapped in. The factory option is 5DC.

Weren't the loaner's headrests just in the folded position?

Possibly, but even so the center one seemed to be mounted more in front of the seatback vs. on top of it.

Frau Putzer's 2018 X3 has three folding rear head rests. My 2014 F10 only has a folding one in the middle.
