7 Series - G11 / G12 (2016 - current)
The next generation G11/G12 BMW 7 Series flagship forum. Unveiled June 10th, with production starting in August the 6th generation 7 Series comes in a light weight package with extensive use of BMW i carbon fiber technology. The interior quality raises the bar with a touch screen and gesture controlled infotainment system. Exterior styling has been a sticking point with mixed reviews so far.

FYI

I can verify that the brakes section is out of date (talking with the techwriter directly for the NA market).

There have been ordering changes that are not reflected in these documents(even the most up-to-date ones from BMW), the optional brake packages have changed in regards to how they are added to the vehicles.

"With the SA 823 you have a modified cooling control to avoid critical situations for the engine concerning overheating. With those options the cars have slightly higher fuel consumption and slightly less power but usually the difference won't be noticed by the customer. Therefore there won't be problems with knocking or overheating engines."

"842 Cold climate means insulated crankcase ventilation, which is good to have in cold winter"
