Parts diagram/list Halogen Headlights

I've searched all over google and I can't find a parts list for the halogen headlights assembly. Specifically, I'm looking for the part no of the middle park light bulb holder. It's similar to the turn signal bulb holder/socket except its shorter. The turn signal and the amber corner one's work but whoever owned my Z4 destroyed both left and right side middle bulb holder/socket. I rather not buy two headlight assemblies if I can just replace those parts.

Thanks for any help. Also, please be gentle, I'm new in the forums and new to BMWs.

If you haven't, try realoem.com.

One more thing. Did you try entering the last 7 of your VIN?

@Lunas72 yeah, i did but the HID headlight is an option so its not tied to the vin.

@shaohuiclub333 I rather not buy brand new/used or aftermarket headlights. The parts should only be $14/each, the turn signal socket/bulb holder is only $12. I have no use for a whole assembly when I only need 2 small individual part for a fraction of the price.

I guess I'll contact the parts department of my local BMW dealership... and spend hours trying to figure it out.

@dc_wright: so i'm waiting for some downtime at the shop so i can put my z on the lift and double check that it's the same exact part. it's stuck couldn't pull it out of the assembly so i couldnt verify that it's the same thing.

on the TIS, it shows that there are two turn signals, one in the middle and one next to DRL.

(LEFT SIDE)

On my Z4, the bulb holder labeled #1 is destroyed, so i'm planning to take it out without breaking the mounting on the assembly. i'll order the turn signal bulb holder (63 12 7 158 748) and hope its the same part as mine. i'll take pics and when it's all said and done, i'll post it here so the next dude with the same issue doesn't have to stress as much as i did.

I posted something earlier but I guess I did something wrong and it didn't work so here we go.

TL;DR - There are two "Bulb socket, turn indicator" (part# 63 12 7 158 748) in the halogen headlights of '06 E85s. Also, don't use other bulbs other than what's in the manual because they will melt inside the headlight.

I wanted to replace the busted turn signal bulbs in my Z4, but for some reason, I was having a hard time getting them out. The bulb holders look like crap, like it was forced back in or something. So I contacted my awesome BMW parts guy and I bought some replacements.

Finally got some free time so I threw the car on the lift and went to town with it. I took some pics for anyone who's interested on how to replace your own.

Again, if it says H21 bulbs, ONLY USE 21 WATT BULBS. Even 2 watts over that matters...it was such a pain removing it without damaging the headlight assembly.
