Not if they perfectly fit the 7.

The 7 has a center hub bore of 72.6mm. The E39 has a 74.1mm bore. You could get it bored out a little, but I would recommend you just wait for a set for E39s.

Other than the bore, the bolt pattern, offset, and widths are correct.

Would be nice though.

It'd be hard to get a perfectly centered bore out to get no vibrations.

Oh boy, I found a set of M PARALLELS off a 740iL for $400. Do you think they are worth it to grab them and have them bored out? Or should I just pass on it? I dont see wheels for this price range very often.

Depends on how competent the wheel shop is that you will be using to bore the hub out.
