Need help on deciding which car is a better buy please

Hey guys, this is my first post on bimmerfest but I've been reading around the site for a few months now and have found tons of great information! My question is which car in your opinion is the better value? My options are between a 2013 e92 335i fbo with mhd stage 2 50k miles or an 09 e92 m3 with 116k miles? They are basically the same price. I know the m3 will perform better but is the 335 a better investment/value?

Investment means a better future value which always goes to the higher option vehicle so M3 normally wins that decision, but the difference in mileage might make the 335 the better purchase as a driver.
Too many unknown here like the actual conditions of the cars, that M3 may have been babied its whole life while the 335 was spinning out on the track. Are you looking for a driver or an investment?

Thanks for the reply! The 335 seems to be in much better shape but 4 years newer and 70k miles will do that of course lol to answer your question though, itll be a daily driver getting probably 15k miles a year but I do want it to be plenty of fun to drive as well. I'll attach the links to both cars if that helps

Hard to compare 2 cars when 1 is gone.
