E63 / E64 6 Series (2004 - 2010)
The E63/E64 BMW 6 Series builds on BMW's sporty heritage with aggressive lines and an incredible motor to back the design up. Available in coupe and convertible trims with a standard 4.8 liter engine producing 360 horsepower and 360 lb-ft of torque, the 6-series is a popular choice that exceeds expectations.

Good news! New headlight lens cover

I finally found the headlight lens that I have been looking for since I bought the car. I found them on ebay. They took about a week to ship. I got them today. If anyone needs them, get them while you can.

Re lens covers

Thought my luck was in then ....Ever since owning (2+years)my 2006 E64 650i Convertible I have been trying to locate cheap second hand F&R Lights due to the previous owner overdoing "Tinted Headlamps" to the point it makes visibility at night a problem,

The problem I have is the "Tint" is 2 Pack based so removal would require many hours of sanding/compounding,then the fact they are non glass means the chance of success is small,

Although finding these lens covers is good news the cost by the time they land on my doorstep (UK) is not worth it ....plus our postal service that takes over after customs have slapped their import tax takes 5 days to deliver something that is only 50 miles away !!!

I am a new forum member and maybe I could try and find on here some one who would like to do a swap for both my Tinted Headlamps and Back lights here in the UK

The seller is in the Czech Republic. Take my advice and buy them. When I tell you they are impossible to find I am not kidding. I have been looking for 15 months. I didn't know how hard parts for this car were to find. When I needed parts for my e46 the sellers were plentiful I did the best offer and wound up paying $165 for them, plus tax it came out to $205.00 US dollars. Money well spent IMO.

The headlight covers have been extremely hard to find & purchase, they only pop up every once in a while. These will never pop up in the US due to BMW. IF you need them, buy them now!
