F31 chain

Hi just a quick question on the above. I have just been out and test driven a 2014 2ltr estate. I know about the chain snapping on these so i dont really want to take the chance but my question is if i bought this and took it to a bmw dealer could i get them to replace the chain and tensioner from the new batch ie 2015 onward.i ask because the spec on this car is exactly what i want and the next one on the list is 4k more so my logic is if i pay 2k to get the work done iam still ahead.
Cheers Paul

To OP, of course customer can pay dealer to get the timing chain SIB done on the car. 2k or USD3k dealer price is not bad.

Or look for a newer model that does not have the chain and tensioner problem.
