Really nice! I drove one with that interior. I thought the perforations were cool looking.

Would you do me a big favour and post a vin report (of course, with the vin redacted).
Thanks,
We drove a white one with black interior, but wife found it too depressing inside with smaller windows in the back, so we chose lighter interior. It's leased after all with end of lease coverage for such issues.

Report is attached.

Thanks for posting the vin report. Congrats again on the purchase. Looks very nice. I completely understand the motivation for a lighter interior.

I would love to test-drive one, just to see if it feels any different than the MINI Countryman S All4. I suspect "not much".

I have similar seats. I just keep leather wipes handy, and use them every few weeks or so. Not minding, so far.

I'm interested to know how much off MSRP you were able to negotiate. Feel free to send me a PM if you would rather not post it.

Put a deposit down today for a Mineral Grey with Black Leather and Blue Stitching. Shipping to SFL from Maryland. Hope to get it by end of the week. It Compliments my Wife's 435I nicely.

Congrats. That's a nice combination. I'm waiting to see a Mediterranean blue to decide which to get.

Med Blue

I saw one yesterday and it is a very nice color, unfortunately I'm lazy and that color along with black would require too many washings for my liking. I liked the white, drove a olive green, and glanced at the gold one with displeasure. (Just not my taste).

I had a specific list of options that I wanted and there were none available with them so I ended up ordering.

Yeah I started with color and the leather also wanted the M SportX and Premium. After a search around the country I ended up with those features plus the Sport suspension, 20" wheels, Park Assist, Park Distance Control, Harmon Kardon, Wireless Charging, Hotspot. More than I needed but I'll use them.

I am really looking forward to your photos and feedback on the Mineral Grey. That is the color I'm leaning towards.

I sat in one on Monday. Analog instrumant cluster, tighter seating, more claustrophobic inside than my G01. Great car, but just smaller and lower (height) than what I wanted. I'm one of the few that appreciates tha roundels on the c-pillar.

It's a trade-off. For me, the X3 is very nice, but too big. That's why they make X1/2/3/4/5/6 and soon 7. If Phytonic Blue was available on the X2, it would have been my first choice.

I love the launch color blue they used, itís almost like Yaz in the M4. Wish it was offered on the X3

I wonder why they didnít opt for LED strip fog lights like the other new models?

Took a road trip today with the X2 200 miles round trip all highway and here are some observations. The lane departure warning are annoying thus turned off, The heads up display is pretty cool once I got it adjusted to the hight and brightness. The steering is heavy but very responsive I had to avoid a 2x4 the came off the back of a truck about 50 yards ahead of me. No problems and the wife barely looked up from her book. Set cruise control at 80mph and was getting between 28 and 33 mpg (Based on the real time gauge). 80 to 95 for passing was much quicker than I expected but also made me smile. Road feel is there all the time I don't mind and it doesn't bother me. Paired my Iphone with the idrive system (Opted not to get apple carplay)all my music apps work through the system with steering wheel controls and voice commands so I'm not sure I'll ever need apple carplay. the map, real time traffic, weather, news, and connected apps were all used and very cool.

Good writeup. I was wondering how I-Drive 6's connected drive worked. Do the weather 'avatars' show independent of phone connectivity? Mine doesn't work in Germany because it's a US spec'd vehicle

Yes Weather, traffic, news are all independent of connected phone. They work even when I don't bring my phone with me.
