After putting gas, the car behaves like it's cold before warming up. It stutters, hesitates and there's no power when accelerating, I only put 91 gas. Happens every time

How empty was the tank before? Even with 89 or 87 you're unlikely to immediately notice a difference at idle.
You either got bad gas or it was a coincidence.

I don't have bad gas, in fact I rarely fart. Jk but for real it happens every time I put gas

Are you throwing any SES lights?

My car will run VERY rich after I get gas. My AFR gauge is pegged out on the rich side for a minute or so after getting gas. I have to keep it revved up so it won't die. It clears up after a mile or two of normal driving. It doesn't really sputter when giving it gas, but it will try to stall if the revs are too low.
