Several engine codes!! Please help! No one seems to be able to pinpoint issue

Well I have engine codes present in my car as well as all around crappy running! 2004 325ci vert. 203k miles. I'm going to add a pic of all the codes lol. Much easier. The weirdest thing is that any time it's having it's "Episode" all I have to do is turn off engine and restart. All is immediately well. But only for a bit. And then it's just a I going repetitive cycle. My mechanic is dumbfounded cuz of the car resetting itself after restart. He camw up with the dme maybe faulty. So Monday morning I'm supposed to send off my dme to A company that's going to test and repair if necessary. 400 if repairs needed. Otherwise 80 for diagnostic Any thoughts?

The blind leading the blind.

You need access to BMW Test Plans©. A DTC code does not identify a broken part to be changed but identifies a symptom that may be caused by any number of failed components or adjustments to be differentiated among by the BMW Test Plan© guide through the fault tree.

How long does it run well before it starts running rough? Maybe itís happening when your car is changing from open to closed loop? Have you looked at fuel trims at all when running rough?

As soon as I accelerate as to pass or just speed up rapidly it Happens. Also, during this time it also acts like it's not going to shift, which freaks me out cuz it gets up to like 6-6500 every time. Doesnt make sense to me

Personally, I'd replace the 02 sensor that is throwing the code p0133 since it is relatively cheap and easy. See if any change and then if it seems better, replace the other one too (pre-cat only). What is the maintenance history of the car?

Blind leading the blind maybe, but I've been around enough to say thats at least "A problem" even if it isn't "THE problem".
