7 Series - G11 / G12 (2016 - current)
The next generation G11/G12 BMW 7 Series flagship forum. Unveiled June 10th, with production starting in August the 6th generation 7 Series comes in a light weight package with extensive use of BMW i carbon fiber technology. The interior quality raises the bar with a touch screen and gesture controlled infotainment system. Exterior styling has been a sticking point with mixed reviews so far.

I've heard of a bunch of people having blow outs with Pirellis. Switch to Michelin

Got rid of Cinturato

Got rid of mine as fast as I could. Replaced them with NON-RUN FLAT Bridgestone Turanza QuietTrack. Handling is fine and the ride is so much improved and quiet too. Couldn't be happier.

Pirelli Cinturato Issues

Sad part is I got rid of mine before I even got home from dealership after purchasing in my own opinion all run flats are horrible they rides hard and u find urself scared at every lil bump u hit got the continental extreme contacts use them on my F02 and now my G12 but I have noticed being Iíve had them on for about a month that I get more tire noise in the cabin on my G12 than I get in my F02 with these tires !! Maybe itís because my BO sound system in the F02 kills my bw in the G12 I dunno lol

Very strange. I was expecting the G12 to have a quieter ride compared to the F02 especially when both are using the same tires. Maybe one the tires is bad? Might consider checking them.

Anything is definitely possible had them checked and test rode and rebalanced at reputable tire shop I deal with there fine and from what Iím hearing from different sources is that they tend to be louder on the g12ís but at same time no credible answers as to why was given either so Iím at a loss with it
