Chip's questionable life choices 3.0: TI redemption

I've wanted a blue ti for 11 years and I just did the thing; I bought a 98 318TI in Montrealblau with a manual trans and 160,000 miles.

I'm super hyped and I have 10 years worth of parts stockpiled to make this thing bitch'en.

More or less immediately I have a red millpoint interior , a Z3 steering rack, X brace, M3 bumpers, brakes, spindles, and sway bar.

Hopefully in the near future I'm going to get Bilstein sport shocks, some sort of lowering springs, and an M54B30 and an LSD.

Anyway, here's a couple pics, more to follow once I get her home.

Cool. I look forward to the build log. I always liked the ti. Can't beat that weight savings on an e36. Is it a slicktop too? Hard to tell with the what looks like a plasti dipped roof. Also please tell me you have new headlights for it.
