2009 535i Fuel Pump Replacement

I have a 2009 535i that randomly died while driving and gave me a "Fuel Pump Malfunction Warning" . I had it towed home and the next morning it started fine, drove it about 10 miles and the same thing happened. I replaced the fuel pump and it started normally, drove it and all was well for the first 15 miles or so then it died again. This time there was no warning message. I have been unable to get it to start since. I can feel / hear the pump running so it is getting power. If I try and take the fuel line off to see if it is pumping fuel nothing comes out.

Getting frustrated and could use some advice.

Thanks in advance.

Sounds like EKP is overheating. Replace low pressure fuel sensor. If problem re-occurs replace EKP.
