gearbox 6hp26 5088 p0706

can i put mechatronic (electronic) from diesel not lci but 2006 vin CV05388 to my 545i from 09.2004 ?

This is the same ga6hp26z or something diff

when gearbox is cold all is ok, but when get ~95C is problem with "wire L3" L3 is always on.
When i drive on "D" and wire L3 get "ON" then i loost D like change on N . But dont get error i must stop and get error when put P.
When is error then i cant start engine on P only on N.
When i turn off engin when gearbox is hot and wait 1-5 minute i can get error and i cant turn on on P only on N.

When i go tu R pdc dont start.

Problem must be look on foto(positionsschalter).. Someone know how to fix it ???

I can fix electronic but i must know where is Wire L3

I have thist problem 1ear ago but i open gearboxclean and put new oring adapter etc and was ok. 2 week ago i clean adaptation in gearbox and 2 day ago get error 5088 . 1 week ago secend time clean adaptation and now i get error every day after 8-15min

What is normal temp ?? 95-98 is ok ? or to hi ?
