I did. However I get to the screen that says
"Register same Battery"
"Register new type battery"
"Registration Information" - just takes my to Carly FAQ page.

I don't want to click on either of the "Register" options without knowing what it will do.
Will one of these give me my current battery information without registering the battery?

Yes, Register new battery type will show what you have installed (AGM/FLA, AH) with mileage. You can then back out of that section without modifying anything. It also shows hrs of charging at various battery states of charge. Remember, Carly won't let you blindly make changes, across the board, without the challenges.

Awesome thanks. Yeah they are pretty good about warning you before doing anything.

I was having battery issues and replaced the battery.

I installed the H9 AGM From AutoZone:
- CCA 950
- CA 1000
- Amp Hours 100
- Reserve Capacity 190

I removed this one:
- BMW / FLA
- CCA 850
- Amp Hours 110

Carly will only let me register 105 AGM or 90 AGM. I chose 90 AGM.

My question is do I get a 90 AGM or stick with the 100 AGM registered as 90 AGM?

From what I've read if the exact AH is not available on Carly it's best to choose the next number down

I agree. An AGM battery is fragile to the slightest overcharge.

One ampere-hour of overcharge electrolyzes 0.335 grams of electrolyte water to 400 cubic centimeters of oxygen and hydrogen gas that is vented and lost from a starved plate battery that is build with the minimum possible amount of electrolyte to achieve rated capacity.

Chronic overcharge will ruin an AMG battery in short order, hypothetically within a month.

On respect that 'CTE' stands for Chief Test Engineer and from Connecticut, that discussion is on about page 59 of

I'm not going to argue with a nuclear engineer :-)

I'll keep an eye on it at 90 AGM and see how it goes.

Thanks again

Can an AGM Battery be Recharged at Autozone? or should I just buy a new battery. Car not starting doesn't crank anymore don't have a tester is it a good idea to pull the battery and have them test or charge it

I installed the Autocraft Gold model in January of 2016. It lasted 3 1/2 years, and I just ordered another one today for about $150 all in. I have Carly, so I'll do the registration when I install it this weekend.

I never had any issues with this battery, and for $150, you can't beat it. I'll probably sell the car before I need another one.
