Bmw f10 hesitation

Hello , i own a bmw f10 530D , when i start the car and go , at low speeds in the city traffic rpm are going 2000-2100 and then changing gear (also the engine seems to run in a rough way ) , at this moment the car seems to jerk .
Also at 70-80 km/h sometimes the car sometimes seems not to accelerate to its full potential.
Its different when in sport mode or manual mode.

I have noticed my car jerking too when Iím in sports mode and driving slow. Jerk happens during fear shifting automatic. I think itís normal but could be wrong.
