2016 X4 Oil Leak

Hello, and thanks in advance for any help you can lend. We have a 2016 X4 with 59,000 on it. We just noticed a small oil puddle in an odd location. It's just behind the right front passenger wheel, in about 10 inches from the edge of the door. When I looked under the hood, it appears to be just below where the apparent exhaust comes off the engine. That part of the exhaust looks like it has an expansion chamber that angles 45 degrees towards the ground. The spot on the ground seems to be just below that where the exhaust straightens out. Can oil leak from there?

Thanks again for the help.

So I've now noticed no more oil leak over the last few days, but there is what looks like A/C condensation, like a white dry foam, in that same spot.

No one has noticed anything similar, even maybe with other BMW's?
