F22 / F23 2 Series (2014 - Current)
The 2 Series coupe is the replacement for the E82/E88 1 series coupe. Production starts in November 2013 on the 228i (N20) and M235i (N55) coupes. Look for them in dealerships in February 2014. The convertible F23 2 series will follow in the fall of 2014.

You are probably right, and it would be an unfortunate deal-breaker...hoping for a good answer though, as that is one very good looking wheel!

Thanks for the update. Sorry this won't work for me but it should be great for others. I note that this seems to require the MSport steering wheel air bag assembly, so this also seems not to be applicable to us 228i/230i owners without MSport

Looks like a great wheel....if you ever come up with one to use the non-MSport air bag and go all the way to include heat, come on back. I'll be extremely interested!

Now that's a big let down, if true. I don't like the M240 wheel and was definitely considering this as my next upgrade.
