CCC Navigation dvd disc editing

Ok - I know asking this question on a mostly US based forum is likely to reduce the number of answers but you never know...
So I live in Sweden near the border to Denmark and being Danish I often cross the border. In fact several times each month.
Now back in 2012-2013 (cannot recall exactly) BMW changed the layout of the navigation dvdís So that it no longer contained both Denmark and Sweden on the same disc.
So now the system wants me to exchange the disc and turn off the car and wait 4-5 minutes while it applies the new code.
Well so I could just be using my phone as navigation instead but if you donít have the correct navigation disc then a lot of the cars tracking goes haywire. Not a major issue, but would be so much easier if I could edit the content of the disc and place the correct files on the same disc and get the coverage I need.
I know drop the CCC and get your car upgraded to CIC or to NBT. Well would love that but not my reality right now. So any help in deciding what files I need to move around and if it is even possible at all, would be HIGHLY appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

While I can't offer a solution, the solution may be out there. Once upon a time I downloaded a version that had speed cameras added as points of interest. So, that person had figured out some of the structure. You might search for that version of the DVD and find some explanation.
