F85 X5 M and F86 X6 M (2016 - Current)
The BMW X5 M and X6 M are high-performance derivative of the X5 and X6. Introduced at the 2014 LA Auto Show and appearing in dealerships in 2015. Both modeles are powered by BMW's S63tu twin turbo charged V8 making 567 HP and 553 lb-ft of torque, the most power for any BMW xDrive vehicle.

WIFI not working

got a brand new X5, with all possible features including smart phone connectivity, tried to connect to car wifi but did not work
also could not do the apple care on my phone!
any idea?

Thanks I saw the video, problem is I'm enabling the wifi hotspot, but no name appeared on the phone
I tried three different phones!

Have you tried this with a laptop in the car to see if the car will connect over WiFi to that?

Did your laptop even "see" your car? Could the WiFi Hotspot be hidden in the iDrive menu?

I tried by entering the name manually
I think there's something wrong because I cannot see apple car play as well
