You need to contact them and let them know that you purchased the app before the change. They will then reset something on their end. After that, you should be able to use the app again.

We are "smart enough", however, to know that $60 per year times 10 years is $600, not $1000, unless this is some of that "new math" you're up to that we dumb 'old boys just can't figure out.

Everything I've done through the OBD port has been done by Carly, 3+ years now.

The tool is simply great for certain tasks which cover scanning, coding modules, live data, battery registration, to name the major ones.

Carly is evolving too! It's getting better and better.

Glad I read this thread.

I'll have the car a few years, so this makes my mechanics suggestion to get the Cobb system a little easier. Carly for five years at about $500, or Cobb with more functions for about $700. When it was $180 vs $700, it was a tough call.

Iíve been using Carly since the inception and still using the old version. Iím not a fan of the yearly subscription. Iím not happy with the company since theyíve done this. This has made me learn to code and will just use my laptop. $75 bucks a year? No freaking way.
