DVD in Motion

Just added DVD in Motion software to my 2018 X5D

Works great. My wife can now watch Game of Thrones on long trips.

No. I did not use BimmerCode.

But the DVD in Motion software is so easy to use.

Watched Airplane last night, while my wife was shopping.

you can watch DVDs in the car while parked without software or coding, haha.

but yes VIM at any speed is great for long drives with passengers especially kids. i like bimmercode because how cheap and easy to use to code VIM at any speed any a million other things.

for VIM at any speed, bimmercode is the easiest and best value. one app you can code your entire car effortlessly and do VIM at any speed unlimited amount of times and very well supported and always being updated.

it's all personal preference and taste but you can look through the thread and see what folks code and prefer. I like the unlock all doors at turning off the car. I like VIM playback at any speed. I like my side mirrors closing when doors locked and open at door unlock. I like angel eye intensity to be brighter with lamps off. I like GFHB and VLD with the adaptive headlamps. I like increasing the amperage on the USB chargers to make fast charging. I like having turn signals in the HUD. I like removing all the warnings from the camera and intro screens. lots of stuff to do!
