Water drops

Hello, Unfortunately, I didn't get the privilege of garage parking that I have had for the past 5 years. Now, due to the sprinklers, my passenger side including the windshield, passenger window, and body are so damaged by the water. I know, turn off the sprinklers and move the car! There isn't any other spot to move to and I don't control the sprinklers at this time. Any advise of how to get these droplets off my windows and body? Thank you! SunshinydaysZ4

The windows are simple. I use these microfiber cloths to clean all my windows just using water. Here is a link: https://www.amazon.com/Microfiber-Gl...s%2C153&sr=8-4

or you can just search amazon for microfiber glass cleaning cloths.

For the spots on the paint you can use Isopropyl alcohol (IPA) but it may remove wax. If your car is waxed, just use a detailing spray. I use Meguiars' brand.

On glass I've used a product called the Bartender's Friend with good results.
