d/s front window

having a little issue with the driver front window. if i use the auto up to close it the window will go all the way up and instead of stopping in the closed position the window will go back down to about 1/3 open. i can inch the window closed by bumping the switch until it is fully closed and it will not open on its own that way. auto down works normally and the operation of the other 3 windows is normal. i did have the battery unhooked yesterday for a few hours for another repair under the hood, the window worked fine previously to that, only started doing this today. any thoughts?....thanks!!

Sometimes certain components such as windows, sunroof, steering angle sensor, compass in rear view mirror, may need to be "reinitialized" after battery was disconnected. You can use INPA, F6, F1 Window Initialization if you have INPA. Here is the TIS procedure for front window initialization done without any software or cable:

Please let us know if that works for you,
