Reverse Lights, MID Radio, Turn Signals All Not Working

Hey all,

Lately I've been having this issue with my 2003 530i in which when I shift into reverse, the reverse lights don't turn on. This happens randomly, where sometimes they'll turn on and other times they don't.

When the reverse lights fail to turn on, other problems happen simultaneously too; the MID radio will go black and turn off, after which it produces no sound (effectively making it dead). The turn signals will also not register in the cluster, though they do show on the outside of the car.

All of these issues seem to be linked in some way where if one happens, sure enough the others are present too. All of this happens randomly - sometimes they'll not be working when I turn the car on, sometimes they'll all cut out in the middle of me driving, and sometimes they all return in the middle of me driving!

Any idea what this could be?

Thanks all in advance.

Try and do the ignition switch test, just search for it.
