Here's link to an online TIS

I did a quick scan down the 1st page and didn't see it posted yet...so sorry if it is a repost.

One of the e38 forum members on Bimmerboard has uploaded the BMW TIS to where it can be accessed online. Not sure how long it will remain up...but in case it does...it would make a great site to bookmark.

Here's the thread that has a direct link: http://www.bimmerboard.com/forums/posts/832525

The link QSilver7 just provided is actually faster on my PC than the interface that came with my CD version (even though I've copied it to my HDD).

For the record, it was asked for today:
- E39 (1997 - 2003) > TIS repair manual

And, since this was in the bestlinks, we had it handy for the OP:

- Where can one obtain the BMW KSD for flat rate unit (FRU) labor pricing (1) & the BMW TIS for technical service bulletins (1) (2) & an on-line WDS (1) & a text-searchable PDF Bentley E39 repair manual, volume I (1) (2) & the best price on paper Bentleys (1)

Blulebee...here's another (newer) link to the BMW WDS...Jaap (the guy whose created this online version...it's not a "slur") updated the site and similar to the BMW TIS site that you also linked to already...and you have the choice of multiple languages, too:

Unfortunately, this is the result nowadays:

However, if you guys know where I put things, you'll see a link to a TIS there (I won't put it here for now 'cuz I don't want it to go away).
