Yes, that is it. You may need new Airbag with the wheel depending on your existing wheel.

No need for SAT gearshift, normal one works fine.

Replace Steering Wheel, add 2TB to FA, and VO Code ICM and EGS.

I already have the M-sport steering wheel (2014 LCI) on my F10. Can I just add the shift paddles?

I'm not sure on LCI Wheel, but for Pre LCI, you need to replace the entire Wheel with a Wheel with Paddles as the base for the paddles are molded into the wheel.

If you at 2TB and VO Code ECU's, it will set the coding for you automatically. That is the whole point of VO Coding, so you don't have to make individual FDL Code changes.

No. The Paddle bases are molded into the wheel. You won't have anything to mount them to.

Which ECU needs to be coded? KOMBI and ICM ?

Hello!

As written in post #10, if you want to add 2TB you have to code EGS and ICM.

For paddels there is no need to code a hole ECU. One entry in SZL is enough.

This is what i did, I edited the VO
Loaded the file and flashed the new VO
after that i flashed ICM and EGS
I have the sports+ mode now also
But the paddle shifters don't work
Flashed KOMBI also to be sure.
I had a standard wheel on my 14 f10 before that i replaced.

UPDATE: coded SZL with Lenkrad_Schaltpaddles -> nicht aktiv. Paddle work now. But they dont light up and display still has M1-M8 not S1-S8

In a 2013 F10 standard steering without paddles do I need just new steering with paddles and coding? Link in 2nd post of this thread talks about wiring as well.

No wiring changes are needed.

I everyone,

New to coding but very much interested in getting paddle shifters to work on my 2010 F10.
I already installed the steering wheel.

From what I gathered above I should only have to change one entry in the SZL module. Sadfully, my SZL module does not have that entry, the only steering wheel (Lenkrad) entry it has is Lenkrad_Vibration.

Will I have to insert the entry myself?
